It is a summer-long program spanning three months: July - September.
There will be various meeting places throughout the summer, including the 2GetHelp Wellness Center and the Valley Community Church, both in Fresno. Other meetings will be done over the phone and via an online support group."
We are sponsoring two people (one man and one woman) to undertake a summer-long intense emotional makeover project. We are looking for people who are willing to commit to learning and growing mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Participants must put their time and energy into achieving personal growth and be willing to be recorded and videotaped while they relate their experiences and progress, both in person and over the phone. Our specialties are anger, depression, and PTSD.
If you are chosen to participate in this program, the potential benefits are numerous. In addition to receiving therapy and coaching during workshops, you will have access to in-person and online support groups. During this life-changing experience, you will begin to move away from pain, learn rage reduction, anger management, and grief relief. You will also receive help with depression and feelings of guilt and shame and will learn to let go of the past and launch into the future. By the end of the summer, you will be ready to move toward you dreams, bring peace into you lives, feel love more deeply and freely, be in-tune with you inner child, learn to trust and hope again, and be happier and more successful.
